She is probably most widely known for her participation in Season 5 of NBC’s The Voice, but her musical journey began years before her world debut on the hit reality TV show.

Ashley DuBose's debut album, Somethin' More, was released in May 2012. A year later, Ashley teamed up with two wonderful guitarists and the original producer, Jimmy Easy, to create this acoustic, one-take recording. Somethin' More Acoustic was created with the intent of revamping the great originals in a live, organic, and soulful manner and with the hope that the listener will perceive it as such.
